Don't waste your time, energy, & money!For my October 2007 wedding I ordered my gown, my mothers gown, and my entire bridal party's gowns (15 dresses in all) from NY Lace. They were orginally very friendly and helpful. Once the orders were placed it was an entirely new story. First, they called to say my mothers gown had arrived. When we went to the store to see it, we realized they had never ordered the dress and tried to pass off the sample as a brand new gown. It was an $800 dress and the sample clearly showed wear & tear, but they insisted it was a new gown. Second, after we placed the order for my two flower girls' dresses they called trying to charge us $30 each dress for a rush charge. We refused to pay and the dresses came in a month early. Then, they called to charge us $30 each dress because it was a "custom" color combination; which was also untrue! The most important thing to me was the experience which they ruined for me and gave me 1 MORE thing to worry about.
