Be very careful dealing with this company as a vendor. They "purchased" playground equipment from us for a subdivision they were building in Dighton, MA and paid 50% up front with agreed terms to pay the balance due upon delivery. The product delivered in December of last year (2104), and 8 months later we are still awaiting payment for the balance due. They have told us twice the check is being processed by "accounting" but we have never received the final payment. We have made dozens of attempts to contact them by phone, email and even text to the owner's cell phone. The only response we have received was an accidental return call from the owner where he hung up on us when he realized who he had unintentionally called.



Be very careful dealing with this group as a vendor. Collect 100% of the balance due up front, before you order, manufacture, or deliver any products or services to them. As a customer, I would be very wary of a contractor who doesn't pay his vendors. You see stories about people like this all the time in the news and the victims they leave in their wake. It's sad that established businesses like Oscar Squared could be so dishonest.
