These people actually know about the product they sell. if you have specific needs or wants they are there to help you. the selection is all brand names and current styles. their customer service is second to none. I have been shopping here for more than thirty years.

I'm new to the Taunton area. I am also a DAV I did business with St Pierre Shoes for the first time approximately three months ago. I bought a new pair Nunn Bush shoes approximately one month ago half the heal of the right shoe totally collapsed causing my foot to put pressure on the outside of my shoe. I took it back to the store and the staff decided not to help with this problem because according to them I walk funny. The problem I have is in sixty years of my life I have never had this problem. All of a sudden the heel collapses and the problem is that I walk funny. Really I dont walk funny because their shoe collapsed. Anyone would walk funny if the heel of their shoe collapsed. Give me a break. I will never shop their again.

I like the store. But i hate how the older gentleman has to follow me around and even when im in line keeps asking if he could help me. Once is fine when i walk in. I dont need someone on my shoulder the whole time im trying to buy sneakers. For instance today i bought a pair they had at the counter. He asked if he could help me i said no thankyou then as I'm waiting for the gentlemen infront of me to grab his purchase the guy came back to me and said do you need help. I said no thankyou (again) im just trying to buy the sneakers on the counter. Then he just stood right on the side of me starring at me.

i really love this store they have cool name brands. prices are VERY VERY GOOD. if you are looking for names like uggs, madden girl by steve madden, this is the place to go

I absolutely love this store..been going there since 99 and the staff are such good people...their all awsome but especially Chris...he knows what I like for sneakers so whenever I go there he automaticlly shows me....consider him a cool friend.....I recently moved far from taunton but I still drive out there every Friday to do shoeclub...love that store..:-)...Rickelle

The staff was knowledgeable and attentive. I was surprised at the variety and how well stocked they were for a smaller independent shoe store.They were up to date with the latest styles for women and demands of the latest sought after sneakers for kids They were not like a big mall chain store. They were everything we expected and more. We will be back again soon.
