I haven't had prime rib like this in 25 years, it's how it supposed to be........, best joint in bristol County, not even close!!!!!!!!!!! It's a hidden gem, I should keep my mouth shut................

No compassion: My family had booked this hall for my wedding shower. A week before the shower, my father died and I asked them to cancel it as I just could not go through it. The reason was explained to the Lafayette management. Even with these circumstances AND the fact we booked the hall for a gathering after his funeral AND used their caterer (to the tune of $1400.00!) , they still did not give my sister in law her $150 deposit back for the shower date. Business may be business, but c'mon! For this lack of compassion alone, I'll never use them again. I also wrote to them regarding this experience (and hand-delivered the letter) and they have never even had the courtesy to respond. I gave them a copy of this review and told them I'd retract it if they'd release the $150.00 - I guess the money is more important to them than their reputation.
