The hotel was nice and we thought the service was fine but after my family and I checked out, we got a call from the front desk clerk. She told me that a pillow and towels were missing from our room and my Visa card would be charged if the items were not found. I spent atleast 2 hours on the phone with Best Western corporate and it took 4 days before the matter was resolved. I will never stay at a Best Western again and have told all my friends and colleagues about this horrifying experience. I will also always pay with cash.
