Shelly Anderson is my property manager and I’m so grateful for her professionalism and gracefulness! She is very timely with any problems that arise , doesn’t matter if it is office hours, after hours or weekends. Always very pleasant to talk to, she is very respectful of us, her tenents. Thank you so much for all your help you have given us!

Recently, ERA merged with Total Realty and I find that the quality of their work has drastically decreased. I'll qualify my answer with the fact that ERA only manages our rental properties. They don't communicate when there are repairs, nor do they document the damages or inspects them as outlined in their contractual agreement. I'm disappointed by the service. I have documented calls, emails, and text messages of such neglect, feel free to reach out to me if you need a reference on their ability to manage your properties. I'm making myself available so that no one has to be disrespected like we did.
