We had them come out and look at our Large broke glass panel. The guy was very nice and said he didn't know if they would fix it. They never called back. I called 6 times and finally the woman who I think handles the appointments was sharp and intolerant. She said they won't do it. I asked why and if they could sent me a letter saying they are not able to fix my window. She said no, I told her just send me a text or an email saying they can't fix it. She said no again. I need a notification for my insurance to show I am trying to get it fixed. She said No. She was RUDE. When I called today, they actually sent me straight to voicemail. I wouldn't use them ever again and beware of the lack of personality their staff has.

I don't know if they're actually deserve one star. They don't have their phone number listed when I went in to buy a piece of glass in the front office receptionist said that they had what I was looking for but there was nobody in the back that she couldn't go back there and get the glass so I could buy it.they must not want to sell glass

We have lived in Leesburg for seven years and never had a need for a glass service. We unexpectedly needed to replace the glass in our sliding glass door and did an online search for glass replacement businesses in Leesburg. I am so glad that we found Jesse's Tri-City Glass. The lady that answered was so helpful and explained exactly what information she needed in order to give me an estimate of the cost. She called me back within five minutes after checking to be sure they had the product we needed and the amount she quoted me was the amount we were charged once the job was done. The gentleman that came out to replace the glass was very polite and worked quickly to prepare the area and get the glass back into place. He did an excellent job! From the time we placed the first call until the job was complete was a total of 90 minutes. It is so refreshing to have a business do what it promises and for a decent price. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone with glass replacement needs.
