My husband and I have both gone to this facility and have NEVER had a problem. In fact we've rarely had many other patients before us and have been taken care of promptly and professionally. The staff we have encountered have been efficient, very pleasant and couldn't be more friendly.

So today I take my mother to get blood work done she is 89 years old I make an appointment at LabCorp and we go to the lab Corps in Tavares off of 441 across from waterman hosp. and as we walk in there's about 25 people in the waiting room we have an appointment so I say to the receptionist that my mother's here and she has an appointment and the girl said well its going to be a while they're behind and I said okay but my mother has an appointment and her appointment was at 11 and it was 3 minutes after 11 so she looks at the clock and she tells me you're late and I said yes we are three minutes well she says I'll see what I can do so she puts my moms info in the computer and looks at me and says there's 3 people in front of you I said ok so as we are sitting another young lady goes up to the counter asked the receptionist how much longer it will be before they can be seem and she states to the young lady well I guess everyone decided to come in all at once which really sucks because that makes us busy so I don't know how much longer it's going to be for you so I thought to myself wow that's amazing she obviously does not like her job so then a couple minutes go by and I asked if I can use the restroom I go to the restroom and as I proceeded on walking into the restroom ther is another restroom right beside me the doors open and there's a gentleman standing in front of us and one of the phlebotomist laptop is coming out of the restroom and looks at him and says this is why I hate old people and started laughing I stood there thinking well again so I went to the restroom came out and the girl is standing by the restroom I looked at her and I said did you really say that she started laughing and said have a nice day I said no really did you just say you hated old people you have a Lobby full of 20 of them and you hate old people she said mam have a nice day I was so furious and I'm so mad and angry at the fact that people get it in this field and they deal with the elderly or they deal with people and they are miserable them self how could someone be that Miserables and work with that type of clientele on a daily basis so I reported her to corporate and hopefully something gets done again I would never go back to the Tavares labcorp I am so angry and I hope everyone passes this message on because it is really sad that people get away with this in this world and to treat the elderly like there nobody if it wasn't for the elderly we wouldn't be here today

A good friend of mine took her 89-year-old mother there today and overheard one of the employees say how she hates her old people sad so very sad that person that works there should not have a job anymore
