Provides very poor service!! Paul who is not even a tech tries to do the service job but knows very little about computers or copiers. They run their company out of a garage and don't have a supply of toner or parts to maintain our copiers.I place a service call and I feel lucky if they show up that week, they never have parts so they always have to order parts. They ordered a part 3 1/2 weeks ago and have yet to come repair my machine. I would never do business with this company again nor would I refer them to anyone I call a friend.
