We have lived over 14 years full-time in Marathon, in the Middle Keys. Vic's Auto Tech is 35 miles away, but we keep going back because we feel it is one of the best Auto Repair and Service locations in the Keys.

Though it is a relatively small, friendly family-owned business, the shop in run efficiently, professionally and with fair pricing for their expert extensive services.

Chandra, the Customer Service and office manager, is a pleasure to work with. She schedules the work in the shop, after asking all the right questions, and setting reasonable expectations for estimated cost and timing of the service.

I have used many small auto repair businesses in my lifetime, and Vic's is one of the best I have seen. I wholeheartedly recommend Vic's team of experts for auto repair and maintenance work on your vehicle in the FL Keys.

Great service and less expensive than I anticipated. Got me on the road in no time. More importantly, the customer service is terrific, especially the very efficient Chaundra in the office.

First trip to the keys in a new used truck things went so wrong but thanks to Vic's we had a good time and got home safely. They are awesome and not so expensive and didn't take advantage of us at all..love this place ..stranded our last day and they offered to give us a loaner car to get around if we wanted ..thanks guys ur the bomb..

They have the cleanest and most professional shop in the Upper Keys.

I took a trailer tire there for repair since my wife and I were staying next door at a local Inn. First I was reprimanded for leaning the tire against the wall to be able to read the size for them. The following day I was called when the tire was reportedly completed. After I paid the bill the technician seemed very disturbed when I asked where the tire was. He very rudely said it was not done in a very confrontational manner. The tire was repaired as requested, but the disrespect was uncalled for. Will not return.

I had an alternator failure while in transit and these guys had me up and running as soon as the new alternator was delivered. They knew I was pressed for time and gave me priority even though they were swamped. Highly recommended.
