Provided by YPmobileNo stars. I ordered a set of trusses from them for 1300 dollars, gave them the blueprints. Paid them. Trusses don't fit, were not made to the blueprint. They tell me its my fault, as I had requested and received an email estimate 2 months earlier from the factory. That requested estimate was a guess on my part, I'm a nurse not a framer. That's why I gave them the blueprints. So, trusses come to my house, and when the contractor goes to put them up, they don't fit. Kay Supply says its my fault, and won't do anything to make it right. The owner of the company won't return my calls. No good, rotten bunch of people.
