This place is very slow, the shipping is slow, the customer service is terrible. It literally took them 2 months just for 2 uniform shirt with patches and they were the wrong size even after I've been measured for it twice. They really need to be under new management or just hire new workers. I wouldn't recommend that place to nobody. They constantly have attitudes when being asked questions, that's not good business and I hope a CEO sees this so the problem can be fixed.

I'm a carrier in Warren and spent my whole uniform allowance in Febuary 2014 and it's now June and I still don't have my uniforms!!! There salesman KEN is the worst person to deal with and should not have a job anywhere!!!

I've been to Ollie Bros in Livonia and they sewed my Dept. Patches on while I wait and sized my uniform. This jokester has taken over 3 weeks to get a uniform and some other small things.It's completely ridiculous. Then to boot, he's rude and seems to not care. If you aren't far, highly suggest going somewhere else like Ollie's... I won't go back to this place I don't care how long he's been in business

Good quality uniforms. They don't carry junk brands that other stores in the area do. You know you will get first hand service when you deal with them. Most of the time you get to deal with the owner himself. Any repairs or alterations are done while you wait. If you need something that they don't carry, he will go out of his way to get it for you. Great company to do business with. He also supports the local community.
