Horrible customer service here at this place! The Manager Ashley D.. she is rude, rips clothes right out of your hands, rolls her eyes at you and then will lie about what services they provide.
I had to help my daughter try on several dresses myself AFTER she made an appointment!
DONT go in this store. you will want to beat some one up or make you feel as though your not a christian person.

I looked online at wedding dresses for weeks before deciding on a few places to go try them on. David's Bridal was the fist place I looked since it was so well known. I scheduled an appointment for 4 bridesmaids with a consultant and for me with a consultant. Figured I could see us all together that way. When we got their, we ALL had only 1 consultant and the girls had to share 1 changing room, even though the others were empty. They told me that I didn't have to print out my favorites that I had saved online, they could do that when I got their. Well they couldn't figure out how to do that. My daughter had to take care of that. The girls had no help what so ever, they were totally left on their own to rummage through all the dresses trying to figure out what colors were available in what fabrics. They did not have a bra in my size, I had to wear one that was 4 sizes too big and then they told me that the dress I wanted could only be ordered a size smaller or 2 sizes bigger. That made no sense to me but I had read to watch out for that because then they can hit you with alterations. I did end up buying my dress there only becuase I just wanted to get it done and over with and I was running out of time to order a dress. I will NOT buy any accessories from them and I will NOT have my dress altered by them either. 11 of the 15 dresses that were on my favorites were discontinued and could not be ordered either...so why were they still on their website?

Needless to say, they did have a wonderful selection, but I was never allowed to look through the dresses myself. It took several times of me sending them back without even trying them on for them to get what I was looking for. It was a terrible experience and I am not looking forward to going back.
