Pauley was very professional honest, and personable. Pauley and his team, Kevin K.J and Trevor worked very hard and worked well together. They had a hard job with the pipes that had deteriorated. All New from utility room back to bathroom. New pipe from kitchen to drain too. their clean up was amazing they even put my landscape stones back. The back drain to sewer was all new too. NEW LAUNDRY TUB AND FACUET ,SHUT OFF VALUES. I was treated like a Queen. You know the best thing of all too the men working for Pauley said," He was the best boss they ever had. AMAZING!!!!!!

A1 company!!! very prompt and reliable!! I had the pleasure of having Tom as my service person... Before I could explain the problem completely, he already had it figured out. Now, is that service or what!? Thanks again!!

Contacted Pauley's for a clogged bathtub drain and leaking pipes in basement. Pauley's diagnosed problem and explained in detail what needed to be done. Unclogged drain and replaced old pipes. Paul was professional and prompt. Would recommend to anyone with a plumbing problem. Great job.

I should have called anyone else! These guys came to my house to snake bathroom toilet, they took off my toilet looked at the cast iron pipes and said we dont have the equipment to snake this! It cost me 125.00$ for them to take my toilet off so I could call real plumbers to snake the drain!

Pauley's is the only company I trust to call with any problem I have. I have had a flooded basement, a jammed garbage disposal, broken water heater, bad gutters, and human sewage coming out of the floor in my utility room, no matter what time, day or night, I always heard back from the plumbers within 10 minutes and they were at my house within an hour, fixing my problems. They never over charged, were always fair, always explained what was going on, and all the guys were so respectful. They are my plumbers and handy men for life. Thank you for all your hard work!!!

I had a great experience. It rained for three days straight and I woke up to ankle high water flooding my basement. After calling multiple plumbers, only Pauley's could come immediately. Not only did they come quickly, the issue was taken care of quickly and the price was very affordable.

I want to say a HUGE thank you. These guys came out a few weeks ago when it rained super hard....I was thinking there is no way that they will be able to fix our issue that we have been having due to everyone else's trees around our house that have now grown into our pipes and caused our basement to back up with all the rain that was coming down.......well the rain stopped, they open up the flood gates, the team arrived and they were in and out before the end of the night...and might I add I called them on a short notice and they delivered!!!!! Outstanding job.

My basement had a foot of water. Paul came out pumped all the water out and ran a snake with a cutter on it and got it back to working order and explained to me what was happening,rooter was down their 5 minutes and told me I had to dig the back yard :-(. I'm so happy I called thanks Paul ����

A very involved job was performed by Austin, Doug, Gary, and two more guys to help with the backhoe. The work was performed well withing the promised time schedule, at the price that was quoted. No hidden charges. Everything is in good working order; the crew was very courteous and accommodating. I will highly recommend this local company to everyone who needs this type of work. They do much more than repair sewers and plumbing.

I did not know you could take a camera and look in a drain! Omg what a mess, roots and trash blocking my drain and flooding my basement. Thank you Gary for fixing my HUGE MESS. I will let my family and friends know who to call when they need a plumber. Great Job.

Pauley's Construction ,no one need to look anywhere else for a Plumber. I had a huge water problem in my basement, the water was so high, I was sure it was going to destroy everything down stairs. Gary called 3 workers they were at my house in less than 30 minutes to get my things to the garage. They then started working on the water problem. Once that was done and the drain was clear they left, I told them how much it meant to me and thanked them for all the hard work. To my surprise Gary showed up the next afternoon with two guys and took everything out of the garage and put it back in the basement, I am 69 years old , it would have take me forever to clean all that up. I offer to pay them for their time , Gary said "NO CHARGE" just call if you need me. Thank you so much and God bless you Gary.

I found a plumber for life! Thank you so much Gary for sending Tom out to do the job right. I had two different companies come to my home and snake the basement drain, they said it would be fine, not true!!! The problem was in the drain from the front yard. Tom found it right away with a camera and showed me the problem. He took care of it right away and now it is fine. Good job Tom. What really impressed me was when the owner Gary Pauley came by 3 days later to make sure everything was working well. Thank you again.

I have been doing business with this company for about 10 years.The Pauley boys are very caring and honest. I have several building they take care of for me.. When I call they respond immediately and my buildings are taken care of. I live in another state and I depend on Gary and his brother Paul . Thank you very much Paul Pauley for taking care of my basement, I thought the water was going to come in to the upper level of my home. You saved some very special keepsakes I had stored down in the basement, it was so nice of you to take the time to bring over 20 boxes up stairs so the water could not get to them. I was so scared when you had to run the snake down the drain and then to see the picture's of the drain was something I had never heard of. I will let all my family and friends know to call Pauley's to have their work done and done right. Now I understand why you have been in business for over 20 years, It because you go above and beyond to help people , it was not your job to move the box's but you did and for that I am so grateful, I could never replace those things I have saved from my children, grandchildren,and family.
