Provided by YP.comWorst service ever. This man came out to my house for a floor drain in our basement backing up. He came out and ran my hot water heater on the floor so there was water going down my floor drain. It was backing up and then when he shut off the water it would slowy go down the drain. He said without snaking or cameraing the drain that the pipe between my wash tub and floor drain was disintegrated and it would be $4800 to fix. He charged me a $40 service call. I had another plumber come out and that was not the issue like I suspected there was a clogged in the main drain another amazing company came out and got it all cleared for us. After they came out I requested a refund Brandon Pauley, he agreed and said he would bring my $40 back out and he did not and is no longer returning my phone calls. Unprofessional, scammer! If I could give no stars I would!

Provided by YP.comI called in for basement flood they showed up in 30 minutes found the problem and repaired it very punctual service. Did an awesome job this is my one year review. I have never had a problem since. Great job guys !

Provided by YP.com"WARNING" The worst experience I have ever had. "DO NOT USE", They will give you a quote, charge you more, Be completely rude, and than argue and talk over you when you try to explain what your concern is. The quoted price was ridiculous to start with but we were in a pinch. Four times as much as any other Plumber stated the cost should of been. I wish I didn't make this mistake and go with the first one. STAY AWAY, Very unprofessional.
