I purchased a gift certificate through their website, which I THOUGHT was a very convenient option. I gave the certificate as a birthday gift & assumed that would be the last of it. Exactly 1 month later I received a phone call stating they never attempted to take the funds from my debit card until now & now there were insufficient funds. No kidding. I budgeted that purchase a month ago! They proceeded to explain how I could go into the salon & purchase a new gift certificate, but the one I gave as a gift was now invalid. Now, not only do I have to make the trip to the salon to purchase a new certificate, defeating the entire online purchase in the first place, but I also have to explain to the person I gave the gift certificate to & give them a new one, all because of the salon's own mishap. What a headache!

I absolutely love love love this place!!! I went there yesterday for a cut all over color and highlights and deep conditioning! Amy did an awesome job I have never been so satisfied with my hair from a salon! My hair was very blonde and damaged all to heck and I wanted to go to a darker color with highlights. She did way better then I thought could ever be done she took the exact length off that I wanted and got my hair the exact color I wanted. My hair feels like hair now instead of cotton candy. to top it all off the price was not near what I thought it was going to be it was the best salon experience I have ever had. Everyone there is nice and helpful and they did everything perfect for me and I hate going to salons cause they never do what I want. Pure n v salon and amy have a lifelong customer!!! The decoration and atmosphere are good too. You can tell the employees have respect where they work.

This place has gone way downhill. So many other great salons around here. Very expensive and not worth it at all.

Go at your own risk and be sure to check your pedi in better lighting than they have so you can see the bubbles, I was a late appointment and they were closed by the time I realized my toes were horridly done. Also make sure you are not leaving for vacation the next day or anything because as they will tell you pedis are not supposed to last long. Two days into my birthday holiday away I had peeling ugly nail polish and cracked, rough heels. I had gone in with feet in good shape from regular pedis! What the heck? Because they did not like the way in which I complained about my pedicure I was not offered anything in return for a pedicure that lasted under two days, which was due to poor technique (hello bubbles = bad). I was also told that pedicures only last two weeks when my other pedis have lasted four to six weeks. Live and learn. Just know if you EVER have a problem here, it will not be in any way compensated for, even when it is a birthday gift. Happy birthday to me!

Instead I was blamed and told how exactly I should have worded myself and that phone is better than email and that was the problem, not that my entire polish job was slapped on in two minutes. The customer is NEVER right here, the owner is too busy with sarcasm and feeling like he is not responsible for the workmanship of his employees. The massage therapist here was excellent. Best haircut i ever had and the best pedicure . The spa rooms are great it is a whole different experience . This salon is beautiful . I felt like i was in hollywood getting my hair done. It is about time we get a salon like this . I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
