If you care at all about your pet stay away from Robbies! After sitting in a cage for 5 hours, they couldnt understand why our dog was so upset. When we called 15 min early to see what time she would be ready, they decided they were done (after only doing the front half of her) and told us to come get her, and then there was a note on the door disciplining anyone who called before the time they were told- i think 5 hours was plenty of time!!!

Have been taking my dog there for years. Have had no problems. Love the care that she gets from the staff. They are always so helpful also. Thank you guys for the terrific work you do.
