After spending over $16,000.00 on new windows, I would NEVER recommend Royal Tech Windows to anyone. I'm still waiting on a copy of the warranty which was never provided at signing of the contact or after the windows were paid off. I have had service come to my home several times already and they still have to return to replace the door wall and several windows. The service tech admitted they weren't built correctly.

There is NO quality control at the business and when you call about a problem, Curtis Smith is the only person who will talk to you. Of course none of the issues/problems were his (or employees) fault! Smith is one of the rudest person I have ever had dealing with in my life. He is NOT a man of his word, he is a great talker until he get his money and then he could care less. He will not even come out to look at the windows with HIS name stamped on them! He is an arrogant ass who thinks he knows everything and when I asked about his companies reviews of course he has excuses for every question I had and again, never once took responsibility. Take a tour through his shop and you can just see the unorganized chaos, that's what your purchasing. Like others, I really liked the built-in blinds, now I regret my purchase and hope that everyone does their homework prior to dealing with Curtis Smith! He likes talking about all of his law suits he's been involved in, all I can say is he hasn't dealt with my attorney yet!!

Scam!!!!

Using this rip-off company was the worst experience I've ever had. If you buy from them after reading these reviews, you deserve what you get. Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews before hand and now will have to take the matter to court. I will furnish more info after the court proceedings, but needless to say this is both expensive in attorney fees and time. Don't expect to have a warranty because the way Curtis runs this business, it has to go bankrupt.

I worked here six months.commission pay only.Curtis wanted me to sit in the office from 8am till 430 pm with no pay what so ever.I did very often run for him ect.ect. He talks to his wife likes she a dog in front of everyone. Didn't pay me my last ck. I waited passionately for two weeks.Tells customers he makes his own binds which is lies.I helped build some Windows for a rush order and he had me help in the glass department.Where your suppose to punch a hole to put in the argon gas he has us just make it look like a hole with a black Sharpe. This guy is very dishonest and will fill you full of promises.beware and if you purchased Windows there look closely in between the glass to make sure you received what you payed for.
