Let me tell you about my experience with this horrible company. I had water damage in my home and needed quite abit of work done. Home depot was suppose to do most of it, flooring, tile, granite etc. They came out for measuring and estimates. I needed a sub floor installed and called Ultimate home depots contractor. They quoted me a price at 50 an hour, they sent a tech out only to get a quote for over 600.00, when I questioned this, the manager at Ultimate said we have decided not to service you. Ultimate left me stranded with no contractor, and when I called Home depots manger Chris at the taylor branch at goodard and telegraph, he said there is nothing I can do, they have a right to service who they want. I could not believe my ears. This is a horrible horrible company and will never do businnes with them again, especially if they have ULTIMATE as their contractors. This company should not even be in business. A rating of F is still too high!
