I took my kids to zap zone today, and I don't know why the other rating wasn't good because this place was full of fun. With so many arcade games and probably the best laser tag room I've ever played at. I will be going to zap zone with the kids more often!

We had my son's birthday party there tonight. The party ran behind by about 45 minutes and it really messed everything up. The parents arrived to pick up their kids and had to wait 45 minutes because they were still in the laser tag arena. All of the guest had to leave before my son could open gifts and thank them.



The worst part: After my son (the birthday boy) came out of the laser tag arena he said that it was the worst birthday ever and started to cry in front of all his guests. He said that his vest malfunctioned and he did not get to play the entire game with his guests. Some of his guests said that he notified the employee that it wasn't working and he did not help. It ruined his grand idea of what his birthday would be like, playing with his friends and getting to be a part of the game.



The need more staff and more organization.
