Why in the middle of a pandemic do you all insist on coming into our apartments to check a lock and make sure we clean? Couldn’t you all have done that one of the past 8 times you invaded my privacy this year?

I’d just like a month to go by without getting some stupid BS notice on our doors that someone will be coming in regardless of if we are home or not.

I know it may not sound like a huge deal, but it interrupts my entire day as I work third shift, so 8 times a year I don’t get any sleep. Also I will now have to quarantine for 2 weeks before I can see my mom again who is very ill. Thanks!

-Spray toxins for pest control 4 times a year.
-Inspect balconies- which for some reason u still had to come on for. (It’s outside)
-clean dryer vents. (Also accessible from outside but still come in)
-check a lock and “overall condition/housekeeping” (could you not have done that one of the past 8 times you were here?)

Lived here for several years, but last couple years the amount of times coming into my place has averaged once a month. I will be moving and letting everyone humanly possible know, because people deserve a quiet, private residence. Privacy is not a consideration at Oxford Hills Apartments.
