Was going to purchase a few items. Got in line. Cashier was too busy chatting with her friend, who I think she had finished ringing up but was still standing there. Cashier looks at me and pawns me off to the cosmetics counter instead of doing her job. Of course no one is at the cosmetics counter. I put my stuff down and walk out. Rude teenagers who can't be bothered to do their jobs.

Throughout my numerous interactions with different employees in the pharmacy, I always seem to get the feeling that they are bothered or put out to assist or answer any additional questions. Took my son to get a vaccination there, since they offer that service, and was told they were too busy??
I understand the possibility of having to wait, but why offer a service you aren't able to accommodate?
