replaced the crank sensor on 2001 Dodge Durango

It would get a 5 star rating if Firestone's prices were a bit better, but if you go to a firestone store here in Taylors, DO NOT go to the new one up the road near Suber Road. The Manager is utterly rude and has no care about your concerns. On the other hand, you go to this one near Walmart, the manager there, Brent, is great. The whole team there, they do care about your experience.

Told me my engine was completely dead was about to scrap it but decided to have another mechanic to take a look at it. In under 10 minutes, that mechanic had the car running again.

I don't trust this place. I've bought 4 tires from them in the past 2 1/2 years. Two of them I bought because I needed. Two of them I bought because when I got there, they said they discovered nails in the tires and that they couldn't do anything to patch them. Recently they said the same thing (a third time). However, like the previous two times I did not have any inflation problems preceding my visit. However, within 2 hours of leaving the shop (and not buying the tire) it was completely flat. Mind you, this was a tire that didn't have any previous inflation problems. Also, they told me on a previous trip that I needed a transmission fluid change even though I had just flushed the system a few weeks earlier. Do not take your car there.

I don't trust this place. Took my car for an oil change ONLY!!! Came back 1 hour later and my battery was dead. (never had a problem before) they tryed to sell me a 105 dollar battery becuase mine under load read 6. I asked them to test it in front of me and they said they couldn't because the machine was broken. I then asked what the rating and CCA was on the new battery and he had to read it off the battery to tell me. Sounded like he didn't know what I was asking. Paid for my oil change and he then told me that the batterys they sell are better because of what they are made of and i can't get that somewhere else. After personal load test of 10.5 and not a single starting problem it looks to me that someone just wanted money today. I will never give them my business again when they Lie to my face!!!!

Came back 1 hour later and my battery was dead they said I needed a battery and when I asked them to load test it in front of me they said it was reading 6 but the tester was broken so they couldn't do that. They then told me the battery's they sell are better then anywhere else because of what's in them. I turned them down. Jumped my car and was on my way. After one load test at 10.5 and not a single starting problem I will never give them my business again. Thanks for wasting my time Firestone Complete Auto Care.

Great customer service, friendly, competent. cares about the satisfaction of the customer, not just the almighty dollar.
