A while back I was with some friends and we decided to eat at the Taylors, SC location of Hibachi. I am a regular customer to Taylors Hibachi Grill and Supreme Buffet (visiting at least 1 time per week). When we entered one of my friends who loves sushi went right to the sushi bar and encountered a very unfriendly jerk-like man preparing the sushi. He was cutting some fish and my friend asked him to make a simple California Roll. He quickly raised his Broken English voice and told him that he would make what he decided to make and to go back to his seat if he did not like the choices on the bar. My friend became rather embarrassed because other customers in line heard him speak rudely to him as well. My friend came back to the table and we all decided to leave without eating any food. I am embarrassed because it was my idea to take my friends to this restaurant. I will never return. If my friend wanted to eat just sushi, it was his choice because it is supposed to be a BUFFET. My friend only eats sushi because he is a vegetarian and to have a smart *** sushi chef talk trash to him was the end of any future visits for us.

Horrible serivce

We recieved the worst service no one filled up our cups when they did come to refill it they were out of tea and was not making anymore cause they were going to close in 30 minutes. The food was undercooked. They did not seem to care when we complained and did nothing to make it right. Horrible service. Don't care about their customers.

Do Not go here!! ive never been soo insulted in my life. actually had a manager come up to my husband and I with our 11mnth old daughter and had the nerve to tell us that we didnt pay the previous time we were there. my husband and I were livid and sick to our stomachs. we took our money and check to the manager proceeded to leave and had a staff member actually come running to our car accusing once again for not paying!! never in my life will I go there again!!!

Not a bad place to go for a cheap lunch or dinner. It's your standard buffet fair and typical Chinese food. They have a great fresh sushi bar with a lot of variety and the hibachi is decent, you just have to explain well how you want your food cooked because only a few of the staff speak fluent English. Some of the waitresses are slow and rude but no worse than any other restaurant buffet. Over all decent experience.

Do not go here, food undercooked, steak had places on it where it never even touched the grill, staff very rude even though they could not speak english. would not honor coupons as printed.
