BEWARE!! Phoenix Landscapers caused $2.000 in damage to my New BMW. !
On June 11. 2018, my car was trashed and damaged by two of their inexperienced workers when they sandblasted my car with those Powerful Blowers. My car was parked in my usual space at Hawthrone at The Carlyle Apartment Homes where I reside. I came downstairs to run to the store just as the landscapers were leaving and found my car covered with sand .dirt and grime from the hood to the trunk. I was furious! I told a worker named Freddy what happened. He told me he had two inexperienced guys helping. Freddy told me I would need to call the office to let them know what happened. After I told him what happened he apologized and assured me they would take care of any problem caused by his workers. I took my car to Century BMW for scheduled service on June 13th. They advised that the sand ,small pebbles, grim and small sticks had caused scratches and damage to the paint that would require body shop work.
i called Brant 0n June 15th and 18th and left messages . He never returned my call. I made contact to Le Ann at Phoenix Landscaping , she advised me to send her the estimated I had gotten from the Body shop. told me I would need to provide two estimates outlining the damage.She told me that the HR person who would handle the claim out of the office. I sent (2) estimates as Le Ann requested.The HR person told me that Brant required a third estimate. I got a third estimate and sent it to Le Ann on June 26th. Johana in HR also told me she needed to get approval. Brant called on 7/3 and told me there was no way his workers caused that much damage to my car and all he planned to do was give me a good detailing. I provided 3 estimated as he requested and wasted my time when only planned to detail my car. I reported the claim to my ins carrier to handle. Phoenix Landscaping is unethical and unprofessional.They damaged my car and refused to take responsibility or pay for the damage they caused.
