as I searched the internet a virus took over the computer. I called the tech support number that showed up on a message board. I was skeptical at first, but decided to allow the Wise Techies help. After the billing process was complete David Matthews, the technician, took over and i when about my business. I received a phone call about 30 min later and a much better working computer. I purchased a two year plan that also covers the other devices. I received great service on this call and hope that future calls will be just as good.

i had problems with my computer and it was working slow... Rick was very kind and helpful work with me. he fixed my computer and it works like abrand new one .
