My name is Jeffrey Mitchell I have a raven our 29 crossbow had some problems with it called the dealer and they had me bring it down to lyndon river View sports I walked in the door and I was greeted immediately by Matt and employee he asked me what I was looking for he directed me over to Randy in about an arrow section Randy took my information and my crossbow and told me he would get in touch with me one week later I got a phone call the crossbow was ready I went down and picked it out thank you for your great service Jeffrey Mitchell

Wife was looking for a handgun. Staff took a lot of time educating my wife on different types of handguns. Staff was not pushy. Wife came away feeling very confident and will return for purchase of weapon she wants.

I was at the end of the year sale and I was going to purchase two reels that were on a table with a sign that stated "all fishing rods and reels are 30% off." I asked an employee about the two reels in my hand and he stated that they were 30% off. When I went to checkout the woman behind the counter said that the reels were not 30% off. I told her that another employee said that they were 30% off. The cashier said she would not and could not sale me the reels. I told her I was not buying them since they were supposed to be on sale. The cashier then looked at me while smirking and said "well are you still wanting to buy them?" I do not approve of the way cashier treated me as a customer and I have had multiple issues at Lyndon's recently. I drove over 75 miles and feels as though it was a waste of time. My friends and family have quit buying from Lyndon's and I no desire to support Lyndon's either.

Bought a bow sight. Appeared to be used when opening the package AND missing parts! Was charged $40 over retail after looking it up! If these three things weren't bad enough. After only having it in my possession for a mere 18 hours .... When I returned it they were unwilling to give me a refund and it was like pulling teeth to get store credit. Very - Large young girl behind the counter literally laughed in my face

Customer service is terrible and has been getting progressively worse. I have purchased several firearms and accessories from Lyndon’s over the years but NO MORE. The latest instance: I stopped by to look for an upgrade item for an AR but the clerk acted as if he didn’t have time to address my question, even though I was the only customer at the desk and he didn’t appear to be doing anything. This lapse in customer service left me very frustrated, so I called another store form Lyndon’s parking lot, drove the additional 12 miles, and made my purchase. I have already started going to other stores in the area, and will now use them to make my future firearm and hunting purchases.
