Inept and liars. I asked them to use a torque wrench when they put the lug nuts back on. Counter person even went out and reminded them. Still no. They just used the impact driver. Damaged the lugs, and warped one of my back drums.

It took me at 170 lbs, jumping on a 3 foot tire iron to get the lug nuts off when I rotated to tires the next day. I did so to figure out why my brakes were now pulsing (warped brake drum) and if it would effect the alignment, which was slightly off (not due to Big O). On top of this the tires were inflated haphazardly to 55-70 psi instead of the rated 30/35. They couldn't even be bothered to screw the valve caps on. Two fell off. One was split.

When I went back the next day to ask, a different counter guy lied to my face and told me "Our guys ALWAYS use a torque wrench. I don't know what you're talking about. We did nothing wrong."

For a little back ground I'm a certified motorcycle mechanic, and have been working on all types of vehicles for almost 30 years. Don't use these guys.

This is the worst place ive ever been too. The mechanics are ignorant undereducated people that dont even know how to put an air intake on. I came to this store to have them look at my car to find out where it was leaking from. Before i came here my car was working and could get me from kearns Ut, to Wyoming and back without a problem. I took my 1997 acura integra to this store and paid over 1100$ for a new clutch, flywheel, axel bushings, serpentine belts, and oil change. They forgot to tighten the belts properly, put on my air intake, plug in the tachometer, and last but not least PUT OIL IN MY CAR! i cant even drive down the street now because one of the piston rods are bent. When i had to have my car towed back down there, all they told me was, "It's not our fault your car broke down, you just want a new car." and i had about 6 of the guys working there trying to fight me including the owner of the shop (Shawn) This is a horrible shop, they are dirty and unproffesional. I had the mechanics out in the bays swearing at my and my family in spanish when i was leaving. Also, i had to ask them about 5 times to get my keys because i was going to call a lawyer and take my business else where. They finally came back 45 minutes later with my keys and didnt even apologize for the wait. There is a lot more that i haven't said in this review that i would like too say but i hope whoever is reading this will not come here. I'm trying to save you the hole in your wallet and your working vehicle. HORRIBLE SHOP DO NOT COME HERE, OVERPRICED AND INEXPERIENCED MECHANICS. Get it done cheaper and get it done right somewhere else.

I had been shopping around for a good price on my tires then came across this BIG O IN KEARNS. I needed a really good deal on my tires and they beat the price by quite a bit. I was impresses when someone came up to my window and began helping me from there.
Was an inexpenssive quick and easy process and very knowledgeable staff! I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND IT!!!
