I left in tears today! I made it by 9:49 told the clerk what prescription I need twice. He then asked if I had two kids I said yes but this one is only for my son. He said they had creams. I specified that's from another doctor this is the one I came to get he said ok left and came back with two same size bags I asked again if the medicine I specifically requested was there he said oh no I didn't see that script. I see it now but we close at 10 I said its 9:55 please I need it he refused I asked for Supervisor I was stressed and crying with my newborn twins he said u just told him its too late I said no and explained to him he yelled and screamed and swore numerous times at me I was unaware two vehicles were behind me who heard me crying but I heard a lady say ma'am who's yelling at you? Why is he swearing? I have their phone numbers and will be talking to his boss tomorrow. 25 minutes he scream at me less than two minutes he filled the script and flung it in the drawer. He said he makes his own rules. To me 10 means that's last call? Seriously upset my phone was dead or I would have recorded this episode for YouTube!!!
