Rude Staff. Hung up on me. First time Customer. If this is any indication of how they treat people on first visit, I am glad they acted like this the first time it is a clear indicator of how they will act in the future. Not impressed.

Dr Chad , Dr Natalie , Kayla and all the staff are unbelievably compassionate and patient with worried fur-dads like me. I love them !!

So glad we made the decision to switch to Countryside Vet! Even though we live in Springfield it is worth it. We initially went there as both of our dogs required surgery and I was impressed with the staff. Their knowledge and communication they had with me regarding what to expect as both dogs were having different types of surgery put me at ease. After seeing how they treated "my girls" I made the decision to switch to them for their regular care as well. I agree with others that they do have great prices and did not cost as much other vets. My girls have been seen by several of the vets at Countryside and all were great! The staff are very responsive to phone calls and questions too. I would highly recommend them !!

Staff was very helpful and great with kids. Really appreciated the loving care for our family's horse when she was badly injured. She is doing great now!!

We love going ot Countryside! They have a very friendly and knowledgable staff! We won't take our pets anywhere else!!

The amount of services they offer is amazing. I had my dog groomed today for the first time with Countryside Vet Service and I don't think Lucy has ever looked to good!

I own a couple horses and cattle. I can always get what I need here, and if they don't have it right then and there, they always get it for me ASAP.

Great service, staff, and facility. If you don't come here, you're missing out! They also host some really cool events.

Dr. Stacey couldn't have done better at picking a great staff. I enjoy working will all of them. Best service in town.

I changed to Countryside last year for my dog Mace and I could not be happier. The staff is friendly and professional they make you feel right at home. I highly recommend Countryside for all your vet and grooming needs.

I would definitely recommend this fine facilitie to anyone who truly loves their pet. For me personally, I treat my dog better than some people treat their children and from the moment I stepped foot in the office, both I and my dog instantly knew it was for us, it is very clean and both you and your dog will be taken care of by this amazing staff. To top it all off, every time my dog is returned to me, she's freshly showered and pampered with a little bandana (she normally bites it off though). I would recommend this veterinary office to anyone and everyone!

I couldn't be happier that I called today. I had so many questions and the staff and doctors took great care of me. I can't wait for my appointment!
