My experience with the Tchula office is that the Meter Reader/Technician is very unprofessional, rude, and arrogant. In conclusion, he is overbearing!!!!!!!

this company has provided a false contract to the citizens of tchula to charge a deposit of 150.00, when the board of alderman in this city has not approved such deposit and mrs. bush the representative from the gas co. said she will not come to tchula to discuss anything with the citizens at no time. this gas co. has not provided meters nor run any gas lines to anyone home but yet and still wish to charge a high fee as that, something is doing something illegal under the table.
