We had our tire pop on a rented Party Bus while on the way to a very important work event. We were running two hours behind with all 20 of our staff members stranded (mostly teenagers). We had already purchased a tire and tried 4-5 other shops around town and no one could put the tire on. Happened to call up here and they told us if we came right now they could get it on immediately. They got the tire on quickly and got us back on the road. They even let some of our girls sit in their air conditioned office, got us in front of some fans because of the heat and let us use there business and personal restrooms. They went out of their way to chat with us and make this situation a lot easier!

Put muffler so close to my drive shaft that it rubbed a hole in the muffler, charged me $700 for a ford ranger radiator i was informed of the actual cost after my vehicle was already disassembled, this was done to me by the owners son Charlie junior, Charles senior is a very nice man and was unaware of this
