Have been ordering consistently for over 12 years that we have lived in Teaneck. Loyal to Coliseum even when all our extended families order from Victor's, Papa's and other local pizzerias. Lately, they have been going downhill. (for about a year now they have been burning our pizza, and still tried to stay loyal) HOWEVER, just called tonight to order some pies, and was told that we have to tip the driver. Now mind you that we have ALWAYS tipped the driver IN CASH ($2-3 depending on what we order). Even when we have paid with credit card over the phone, we have added the tip. That is very insulting. I thought this was rude and unwarranted. No one should ever demand and tell clients that they have to add a tip. Especially to clients that ALWAYS tip. Well, if they can treat loyal customers like that then, hasta la vista...... wonder if Victor's has room for a family that orders pizza on a weekly basis? Get ready for a loyal customer coming your way Victor's!
