Had my hair highlighted and supposed to be a trim, not cut.. The stylist didn't get as close the the roots as she could have while highlighting my hair with foils, and when she was only supposed to trim my hair it ended up being completely different, she only did a face frame on one side with really choppy layers here and there in the back. I couldn't really tell what it looked like until after I got home and had to restyle it myself since she did a terrible job at styling it. I felt like she rushed the process and didn't really seem to care. I ended up going to another stylist at a different salon to fix it. I didn't feel comfortable going back to the original stylist. The stylist that had to fix my hair even said she didn't understand why it had been cut the way it was. I wouldn't recommend this shop.
