I 1st walk in and here are 2 young girls working who are rude and stuck up. Then I get stuck with one of the young ones who doesn't know what she is doing. I just went for highlights and she messed them up. I had to go had have them re done. Then I go back a couple months later because I won a gift cert there so I thought I would get gel nails done and I ended up with the same girl and once again she made my nails look horrible. Will never go back there again. I am not going to say her name but it starts with a J. You can tell she recently graduated from beauty school but I think she needs to have more experience and a attitude adjustment.
