Hello, my name is Amber, currently the manager at Bottoms Up Tanning and have worked here since we opened on Nov 21st, 2004. I'm not a huge fan of these sites with "reviews" on them because unfortunately more unhappy people are inclined to leave reviews then happy ones. In regards to the other review that has been left on here by "Jen10", I'm sorry to hear that they had a bad experience and wish something would have been said to us before leaving that review. We are currently offering 9 tanning beds of 4 different types and an InstaBronze Spray Booth. Three types of our beds were all purchased BRAND NEW when we opened our doors and in 2007 we added our fourth type of bed being our very popular N'Joy High Pressure Mix (Brand New). Lamps life expectancies are based on hours and we change ours at 80% of the recommended life span instead of 100% or even going over. We not only strive to provide excellent & friendly customer service but to build strong, honest relationships with our clients. If someone were to receive bad service or have a bad experience, we would like to know about it right away so something can be done immediately. A business only knows if they are informed. Throughout the year we offer many different discounts (including military & high school student) and ways to save.
