I have only delt with CST over the phone. However, if their phone etiquette is any indication of how their in-store customer service will be, you are in for a professionally handled visit. The gentelman I spoke with on the phone was knowledgeable about the product I was looking for and was able to give more information about it. So much so, I am smarter for it! I learned about the strength of Carbon Fiber and how my project would eventually turn out, if done correctly. Thanks CST!
