This review is regarding the Sears in the A.V. Mall,

From my point of view, old, out of stuck, very poor customer service, and all managers in the store have less than 2 years of experience with the company, their cashier's magr. is no older than twenty and this is her first job.

In sample words, they still got a lot to learn, to be considera respectable Sears, I been a Sears customer for 20 years and I been to many different locations and this is by far one of the worse in the nation if not the worse.

Managers with no experience, old beat up displays, out of stuck, rude people and employees been abuse and this respected by their management infront of the customers, reflect in business and customers like my se would stop shoping at Sears, luckyly is not the same when you go to other locations as an example when you go to the one in the Northdrige mall, I know is quite a drive but i rather go there than have to deal with inexperience and rude people,

In electronics & Appliances?, well, there a Best Buy just around the corner in which they have a much better service.

Over all this Sears location needs to ither fire every single manager and hire people that know management or just close the doors for good.
