I have been here about a year, and really enjoy the complex and the gated community. As a single female, I take my safety very important, and it is nice to be in a complex where people are friendly, but not intrusive. The maintenance team and office personal are quick to rectify any request I may have, and are very flexible. The grounds are kept clean, and my little doggie loves it here. It is very quiet and there are many tenants I have met that have been here much longer than I have. I like that there are families with younger children as well. There are two laundry facilities on site, so I am always able to do my laundry. My family comes to visit me frequently and always comment on how pretty of a view the complex has, and how they are happy with where I live. Also, being close on the foothill of the mountain we are far enough away from the trains we do not hear them inside the apartment!
