meadow glenn apartments are subsidized by the government, they never repair things properly or in a timely fashion. Repairs that are of normal wear and tear are charged to the tenant. By law, some things that are supposed to be replaced by management are replaced but charged to the tenant..................this is against the law. The tenants of Meadow Glenn apts. are of low income and cannot fight these injustices, and are often just forced to pay these debts, as they have no way or means to fight them. There are laws............such as having to replace the carpets after so many years..........I think it's 8.........that the tenants are having to pay for........because they dont know of the laws............or have no means to fight the management. I knew of the laws but did not have the resources to fight them........I now have bad credit standing because when I moved out, they charged me for everything that should've been replaced from normal wear and tear......
