Richard Ott has been repairing my appliances for nearly 20 years. He was here yesterday to get my 11 year-old refrigerator back on line, replacing a piece of copper Freon tubing that failed with an almost microscopic hole. It was a typical Ott performance: fast and accurate problem diagnosis, a clean and rapid repair with all the "right stuff" on his truck, friendly and interesting conversation as he worked, and a bill that was far less than the time and skilled effort would suggest. I recommend him without reservation!

The appliance store repairman took 5 minutes to tell me I needed to buy a new dishwasher. Mr. Ott took 20 minutes start to finish to pull a piece of plastic wrap out of the pump drain. my dishwasher runs like new. and I saved $$$$$$
