Went for an appointment about neck spasms and dizziness. I suspected I had strained my neck but wasn't sure. The doctor seemed very confused, the nurse told me "he'll just give you a shot" when I hadn't even been examined yet and he seemed to just guess that I could use a muscle relaxer, so he gave me scrip for one... but then no one would not answer the phone when our pharmacist called to confirm a substitution. We went in the morning of one day and it was afternoon of the next before anyone would answer our calls. They claimed to have not gotten any calls from our pharmacy or the half dozen voicemails we'd left. They claim to offer a sliding scale but even when I told them my husband was out of work and I had no insurance, they still charged me the full amount. When I finally had insurance again and went to a different doctor, she immediately diagnosed the problem and recommended the opposite of what the Tellico staff had advised me to do to help heal the injury.
