AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL FLorist. My Grandmother passed away and I personally called and spoke with the owner (Marie) to order flowers for her funeral. I spent more then 30 min on the phone with my order. I order a flower arrangements on a stand since the service was at cemetery. I asked for no red or blue flowers and no carnations. The day of service I could not believed what was delivered. A tiny arrangement of 9 pink carnations with 3 red roses in a round domed cardboard container, it was the most pitiful arrangement I have ever seen in my life for $100.00. The next day I called very upset and they gave me a "oh can we give you a $15 dollar credit for stand". I asked why they didn't even try and call me to tell me they were changing everything and I got "i was busy" . I have never paid so much money for something so awful. In the end they only gave me a $25 credit. I would of so been better off going to Vons and getting flowers they would of looked better and been cheaper. I think these people don't have flowers, or containers to put them in, but boy they will take your money and run .... this was my Grandmothers funeral...those flowers paid her no respect, it embarrassed me in front of family and friends and it robbed me of money...It made a sad day even sadder, careful using this company I don't want you to go through what I did.

great work ! love the work that they put into there flowers ,love the service i get from the family tree florist ! fresh flowers and great deals they have very reasonable price for the flowers and they last long time ! i recommend this flower shop to anyone ! thanks family tree florist you guys get 5 stars
