This is a great company, great prices and professional service. They've always been on time for me. Not to mention friendly drivers.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Over 1 month ago I used this shuttle service. The cost was $270.00 round trip to LAX. When I returned from my trip I found A1 Preferred Shuttle charged my credit card $810.00!!! I have yet to be refunded the extra charges. The owners are evasive when I call (if they answer at all), and continue to give me the run around regarding my refund. They lack professionalism and have even insinuated that this is all my financial institutes fault and that it has put them in a financial bind!! Business must not be very good if they would be in a financial bind by returning funds that are not even theirs! It is Christmas week and they have my entire Christmas budget in their possession. My finances are limited and they have ruined my Christmas by withholding over $500.00 of my money. I have been patient and would have kept this incident to myself had they returned my money in a timely manner. I'm sure I will never see my money and I don't want to see this happen to anyone else, thus the reason for my review.
