I bought a men's wedding band from Alexander Jewlers and was very happy with my purchase. After wearing the "scratch resistant" ring for only a few weeks it looked terrible and was prone to scratches. When I returned to get an exchange or a refund, they would not refund me any money, and to get a new ring exchanged under thier warranty would cost me almost $100 in shipping. I broke down and paid the shipping and the new ring I recieved was the wrong size. I didn't want to deal with them any more so I sold it on my own. I recommend buying a ring from an established national chain jewler that will honor a warranty at no cost or a refund.

I went to Goldworks hoping to trade some old diamond jewelry I had from ex's and they offered me $350.00 which I knew was a low ball so I walked away. I was kind sad and discouraged, then I went to Alexander Jewelers! What honest, kind, friendly folks! They gave me $660.00 and we made a deal on the spot! I got the 1 carat wedding band I had dreamed of and it complemented my engagement ring perfectly! BRAVO!!! Oh and did I mention how gorgeous their jewelry is....WOW, I'm a customer for life! THANK YOU!!!!!! :)

I went to their shop on last Friday with my wife and little girl. My wife wanted to buy a diamond ring. I must tell you they have very good collection of jeweleries and watches. They even repaired our wedding ring as it was damaged for some reasons.

Above all they well behaved and helped us buy the right thing. My little girl also liked the place a lot.
