First issue is parking, you can't park in this center and you get jammed in by the Starbucks line. Second is the girl working on me while sick! She literally had a runny nose! It was not like she wasn't sniffling or sneezing. I hold the Dentist responsible for allowing this. I asked for a new appt when her nose was running over my face. Then I never returned, went to Winchester.

I won't bore you with the details or specifics of the conversation I had with one of the dentists here but I will say this..I have never been so disrespected by a "professional' in my life.



Their Orthodontist is a good Dr., polite and effiecient. But the actualy ortho office team is terrible. Never returned calls, voice mails or emails which is very frustrating especially when you have questions about payments, contracts, appointments etc. It was overall a very STRESSFUL experience. They never made having braces easy which is unfortunate since it's already such an awkward, painful and..annoying situation.

I had such a great experience and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I have recommended Bright Smile to my family and friends.

Everyone there is always very friendly and helpful. I see them handling a heavy load of patients and are usually very busy and still they make me feel comfortable and welcome. I think this is THE BEST DENTAL facility in Temecula. Thank you.

If you need a dentist that is up to date on the latest techniques and someone that simply put, calms the nerves, come here.

Horrible office. Unprofessional. They bought in a boom box and played rap music while my friend was going under general before getting her wisdom teeth pulled. Both her and her husband developed infections within a day after having surgery there. When leaving the office they took us out a back door past dirty laundry.

I've visited this dentist 2 times now, and let me tell you that is amazing because I hate dentists. The first visit was to have a second opinion on what my old dentist said. He said I had four cavities. Well the Doctor here let me know I had none. Honesty is nice, I have heard of dentists running shaded businesses. How would you know if they are lying?



Second time I got my wisdom teeth filled so I wouldn't get cavities back there (they are hard to brush) but I also wouldn't have to take them out (I have enough room). It did hurt, but the doctors and Jennifer (dental assistant) was very friendly and helpful and got me through the fillings.



I even received a free teeth bleaching kit which worked great! I am very happy about their service. I will come back!

This company is more concrened about image then the services they are paid to render. They are very nice, smiling all the time, and VERY polite, which makes it difficult for me to write what I'm about to write.

I had come in with a painful abscess that required a root canal. I guess I was asking too many questions when it came to select a crown. I wanted to know "how much" gold was inside the "Gold" crowns they offerred to cap my molar with. No one in the office could answer my question so they had to call another office. They still did not know and after a half hour. Finally I come to find out that is it LESS that 40% gold. So naturally I ask what the other 60% was... They looked at me like I was CRAZY! Because now they had to call all over again to find out. Guess what..I never found out. Before I knew it I was back in the waiting room with a prescription for the pain in hand. But that's only half of it. I get a prescription for Vicodin which would have been fine except I do not take products that contain acetaminophen (tylenol) and the vicodin they wrote out contains tylenol! That was the last straw, I transferred to another office and glad I did.

Ive been a patient of Brightnow in Temecula on Hwy79 for 2yrs. I have found them to be the most honest with their reccomended treatments from all the other dental offices in Temecula. They do give you the neccesary treatment AND also the upgraded treatments but they let YOU decide. It seemed all the other offices I switched around from the previous year were all about making money and only the high end would have been what "I MUST HAVE DONE". NO WAY! Its my choice and THANK YOU BrightNow on HWY79 for giving me options and working with me long term. The staff Regina, Carmen, Letty, Jennifer, Gina and Dr.Hong and Dr.Nguyen and April the Hygienist have been there and stable for 2 plus years and thats also what I look for. Thank you all again.
