Before you see Dr. Lee, check out this article: http://www.pe.com/articles/board-627213-fakhoury-license.html in which the medical board accused him of insurance fraud and claiming to be licensed for something he was not. At his recommendation, he did Radio Frequency Ablation on the vein in my leg. When I went to the post-op appointment, the office was locked and dark. Half hour later, the nurse showed up, but she didn't have a key, and didn't know where the office manager might be, since the office should have been open 45 minutes earlier. I left my hame, and asked to be called to re-schedule; and also left a voice mail on their phone. I didn't hear from them until they called wondering I wasn't at the appointment for the second procedure on the other leg. I told them I did not have another appointment, and then she told me I had 3 more procedures scheduled! When I had some pain in the leg, I called to get an appointment, and no one answered, even though it was during their stated business hours, so I called my regular doctor, who said I did not need the procedure at all, and warned me that Dr. Lee "preys on seniors" with various "gimmicks" that Medicare will pay for. I wish I had got a second opinion before having the procedure, and highly recommend that you see a board-certified vascular surgeon before agreeing to Dr. Lee's "sales pitch."
