What a terrible experience. I don't know who this Tony guy is but he runs a waste of a business. I am rarely moved to a place where I will complain public ally about a company, but this waste of space in the mall has driven me to it. I took a high end watch to them to have a link removed yesterday. They looked at the watch and told me it would be 25 dollars. She actually told me if it were a cheaper watch she would charge less (I guess the charge what they can). After getting home the watch fell off my wrist. Apparently hey failed to put it back together correctly. I took it to them today, her response was "I don't know what happened". She needed 15 minutes to fix it and this time there was no charge. I just got home and my 1000 dollar watch fell to the floor again. I called them and they said "just bring it in and we will fix it". I ask to speak to a manager and she said Tony is never there. But, they have a no refund policy. If you are looking for a quick fix or a more extensive one, turn and walk straight toward Sears and go to the watch place right outside Sears. At least they know what they are doing. I wish there was a way to give less then one star as I fear one is to many.
