We went with Grace Audio because the described themselves as a legitimate Meyer authorized dealer of used/refurbished gear. If that's true, Meyer should reevaluate that relationship. Purchase process and communication from the beginning was inefficient and unprofessional, but the real issue started when we got the Meyer 700HP sub we ordered.

It had been described as "factory certified, in excellent condition" with a 90 day warrantee on a listing, still posted on their site with more units available: http://bit.ly/1W2rdB1 When the sub arrived, it not only had obvious physical damage both outside and inside the cabinet, but the internal amp didn't even power on for testing.

How does a device that had been "factory certified" and was in "excellent condition" shows up like this? They clearly hadn't even looked at it. When we called to tell them what was up, they didn't apologize and drug their feet every step getting it repaired, nearly blew our install window. Do not trust them!
