After calling twice without getting an answer, I went into the store to have a sweatshirt custom embroidered. The first girl I talked to understood what I wanted and was very nice. I presume her boss or the owner came out then, and when I told her that I wanted the sleeve of the sweatshirt embroidered (down its entire length), she told me she wouldn't do it. She had a very snooty tone, so I turned around and walked out of the store. As a paying customer going to a custom embroidery store, I expected much more. It wasn't even that she COULDN'T do it. It was that she WOULDN'T. What kind of business is this? I wish I could give a rating of 0 stars, but it's not an option. I'll take my business elsewhere.

What a great place to get personalized items. They embroidered a sweatshirt for me and it was beautiful. I ended up buying 4 robes as Christmas gifts, not only were they beautiful but they were done early.
